لَّيْسَ عَلَى ٱلضُّعَفَآءِ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْمَرْضَىٰ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ مَا يُنفِقُونَ حَرَجٌ إِذَا نَصَحُوا۟ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ۚ مَا عَلَى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ مِن سَبِيلٍ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

فَإِن تَابُوا۟ وَأَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ فَإِخْوَٰنُكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ ۗ وَنُفَصِّلُ ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ

الثالثة : كان رسم المتقدمين إذا كتبوا أن يبدءوا بأنفسهم : من فلان إلى فلان ، وبذلك جاءت الآثار . وروىالربيع عن أنس قال : ما كان أحد أعظم حرمة من النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وكان أصحابه إذا كتبوا بدءوا بأنفسهم . وقال ابن سيرين قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : إن أهل فارس إذا كتبوا بدءوا بعظمائهم فلا يبدأ الرجل إلا بنفسه قال أبو الليث في كتاب ( البستان ) له : ولو بدأ بالمكتوب إليه لجاز ; لأن الأمة قد اجتمعت عليه وفعلوه لمصلحة رأوا في ذلك ، أو نسخ ما كان من قبل ; فالأحسن في زماننا هذا أن يبدأ بالمكتوب إليه ، ثم بنفسه ; لأن البداية بنفسه تعد منه استخفافا بالمكتوب إليه وتكبرا عليه ; إلا أن يكتب إلى عبد من عبيده ، أو غلام من غلمانه .

فذهب به فألقاه عليها فقالت لقومها إِنِّي أُلْقِيَ إِلَيَّ كِتَابٌ كَرِيمٌ أي جليل المقدار من أكبر ملوك الأرض

يقول تعالى ذكره: فذهب الهدهد بكتاب سليمان إليها, فألقاه إليها فلما قرأته قالت لقومها: (يَاأَيُّهَا الْمَلأ إِنِّي أُلْقِيَ إِلَيَّ كِتَابٌ كَرِيمٌ ).

تفسير الكلمات لَساحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ: فائق في علم السحر. وفي سورة الشعراء: كان هذا من قول فرعون نفسه، فكأنهم قالوه معه على سبيل التشاور.

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ عَـٰهَدتُّم مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنقُصُوكُمْ شَيْـًٔا وَلَمْ يُظَـٰهِرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ أَحَدًا فَأَتِمُّوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِمْ عَهْدَهُمْ إِلَىٰ مُدَّتِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ
